An information resource and a way to contact us. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to perform work at a stated price.

Pricing information

The ranges published on the pricing page and elsewhere are planning estimates for this market. They are not quotes, and they are not binding on either of us.

The cost calculator is an arithmetic tool applying published ranges to numbers you enter. Its output is an indication, not an offer. It cannot see your decking, your roof complexity, your pitch, your access, or the condition of your attic — and those are the variables that determine the real figure.

A binding price comes only from a written scope issued after an on-site assessment, signed by both parties.

Assessments and estimates

• An on-site assessment is free and carries no obligation.
• A written scope remains open for the period stated on it. Material pricing moves, and we will not pretend otherwise.
• Photographs taken during an assessment are provided to you whether or not you engage us.
• Where decking replacement is required, it is charged at the per-sheet rate stated in the scope, at the quantity actually installed.

Accuracy of content

We work to keep the technical and code information here accurate, and we cite the provisions we rely on so you can check them. But building codes are amended, municipal procedures change, and material prices move.
